Weekly Recipe | Avocado Egg Salad

Simple and delicious! You’ll love this easy nutritious lunch by Ashley

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 large avocado, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • Pinch of Real salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Eat alone or wrap up in your favorite lettuce or bread… or both!
