Wild Salmon
Preheat oven to 350 °.
On a baking dish place 1 tbsp real butter and let it melt in the oven.
Layer skinned wild salmon on the baking dish.
Layer 1-2 tbsp real butter on top of the salmon.
Season with RealSalt Lemon Pepper seasoning and RealSalt. Bake in the oven for 1 hour or until it's done.

Organic Wild Rice
Put 1 cup wild rice in a large, deep pot
Add 4 cups pure water
Cover and cook it on medium heat for an hour.

Sesame Salad
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 head romaine lettuce
½ cup chopped green onion
2 cans water chestnuts drained and sliced
½ cup slivered raw almonds
¼ cup sesame seeds
½ cup peeled and cut up fresh mandarin oranges
Optional: cucumbers and tomatoes

Sesame Salad Dressing
Kefir
In your blender, mix 1 quart raw yogurt; 10 oz of your favorite frozen fruit; ¼ cup of real honey. Makes 3-4 servings.
